What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every job. From a standard sweep to a full chimney rebuild off Route 9, if our work falls short within 90 days, we return and make it right, no invoice attached.
• Parts and materials we install. We work with DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield products, and we handle any parts issue directly so you don’t have to chase down a manufacturer on your own.
• Cleanup before we call it done. The hearth, the floor around it, and the path from door to chimney get protected and cleaned. If you find soot where it shouldn’t be, call, and we’ll be back.
• On-time arrival, with a real window. You get an actual arrival window and a call if it slips. You don’t sit around all day wondering if we’re coming.
• Upfront pricing, no surprises. The number you hear on the phone is the number on the invoice. If we find something unexpected, we stop, show you the camera footage, and get your OK before any extra work begins.
• Background-checked, uniformed pros. The person who steps out of the truck is someone Wendell would trust in his own house, which is the standard that matters.

If something doesn’t sit right after we leave, you call. A live person answers, around the clock, not a voicemail box and not a call center. You explain what’s wrong, and we schedule the return visit. Wendell himself reviews the situation, and if the work fell short, we fix it. No prorated labor, no “well, technically,” no runaround. If it’s not done right within those 90 days, we make it right, in writing, on every single job. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate from another company. Bring us a quote, and we’ll give you an honest read on whether that work actually needs doing, what it should cost, and what we’d do differently.
